The Irwin Firm, P.C., welcomes clients, employee applicants, and partners without consideration of Race, Gender, Age, Creed, Color, Religion, National Origin, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Political Affiliation, or Philosophy. While The Irwin Firm, P.C. reserves the sole and exclusive right to decide whether to accept or reject any request for legal representation, the policy above codifies the criteria and factors that will not be considered in case selection or retention.

The Irwin Firm, P.C. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The Irwin Firm, P.C. supports programs designed to provide legal resources and representation to financially disadvantaged individuals. For our part, we try and provide fee assistance and options to clients in financial need. Unfortunately, current economic realities, including increasingly disproportionate taxation of small businesses, costs of litigation, and ever-increasing liability risk and exposure means we have been forced to significantly limit the pro bono cases we will accept. In considering a pro bono case, The Irwin Firm, P.C. looks for matters that present unique or novel legal issues, particularly those in which a person's Constitutional Rights have been compromised.

Justice must be administered without passion or prejudice!
"Mere access to the courthouse doors does not by itself assure a proper functioning of the adversary process."
