The Irwin Firm, P.C. supports programs designed to provide legal resources and representation to financially disadvantaged individuals. For our part, we try and provide fee assistance and options to clients in financial need. Unfortunately, current economic realities, including increasingly disproportionate taxation of small businesses, costs of litigation, and ever-increasing liability risk and exposure means we have been forced to significantly limit the pro bono cases we will accept. In considering a pro bono case, The Irwin Firm, P.C. looks for matters that present unique or novel legal issues, particularly those in which a person's Constitutional Rights have been compromised.
